"Olive Garden is a good place to get pasta salad and BREAD STICKS!!! Today's experience was great. Our server (Mike) was excellent. Kept my drink full. Checked on us regularly and was very kind. The food was top notch. I snuck a taste of my wife's dish while she had our daughter in the bathroom. I also tasted my daughters Mac n cheese and my other daughters pizza. We also had the strawberry cream cake. The cake itself wasn't the best but the cream frosting and the strawberry syrup made it taste great. I usually get the cheese ravioli with Alfredo sauce and add chicken. But today (and some other times) I got the giant stuffed shells with chicken so same same but different. And to top it all off. The best part about Olive Garden. The after dinner mints!"

"I hunted some of these delicious chicken cream soup (that only the olive garden is perfect), but since we moved to Holiday... we haven't seen any of their franchises. So I went out my way to this beautiful gem and my first experience was 10000% satisfactory. Lilah (the TO-GO customer specialist) was so helpful and nice. She followed all our special instructions, packed the food wonderfully and made sure you check our orders. To the crew behind the scenes in the kitchen- thanks for doing such a wonderful job. The Calamari was so wonderful/tasteful and the pasta was perfection. After such a great experience I called her back directly and spoke to the manager to share this wonderful experience. You could really say how proud she is about this restaurant and her crew. Side Note... to do the TO-GO order was really cool because they text you and make it super easy with a quick check-in link as soon as you have come to pick up your food. All in all, we will of course return. Happy holidays to the entire crew and look forward to more good experiences!"

"We were warmly welcomed and shown to our preferred table at the restaurant. Our server, Natalie, was also our bartender and provided excellent service. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her Japanese-style lemon drop drink, and my Saki flight paired perfectly with my Rainbow roll. The quality of the food, drinks, and service justified the price. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant."

"I choose this place occasionally, but I was pleasantly surprised! eating was fresh, we shared salads and appetizers, good selection of drinks. our waiter dina was very helpful at dressing and cared for me and my guests from the door to the last minutes in the restaurant. we're sitting outside, I love those out of sight! "Ever since COVID hit, the prices at this restaurant have significantly increased. The classic lasagna now costs almost twenty dollars. However, the salad and breadsticks are still complimentary. Our server was outstanding and definitely deserved a twenty percent tip. The pasta was delicious and the sauce was creamy. We will definitely return as long as we continue to receive excellent service like we did last night!"

"My nieces love this location and always want to come here. I’ve gone with them the last few times and it’s been great. It’s a family friendly place. Really good for big families. Easy to take kids here. It does get busy on weekends but that’s every decent place around here on the weekends. We didn’t have to wait that long tho. During the week it’s a hit or miss with if they’re busy. The servers have been really nice and friendly. It’s the pandemic and I have no complaints."

"The plates that came with the appetizers were dirty, had to ask for clean. The most important courses were half hot when they were taken out and the appetizers were cold when they were supposed to be hot. The service was nice and the dining room was clean. The toilets were in order. It takes a lot of improvement from what it was years ago. Food: 3/5"

"This is the hands down the best olive garden in the Tri-State area. General Manager Rich is running a tight ship. He came to our table to talk to us during our meal and I asked him all about his restaurant. Soemthing you could say he was proud. This is the cleanest olive garden I've ever seen. The cleanest chain restaurant I've ever seen. The floors, blankets, tables and bathrooms were impeccable. Staff did everything to make this place a top restaurant choice. This is a test for large management. And we all know how great Olive Garden soup salad and bread sticks are. My lasagna was also good and the kids loved their children's menus and my wife's fresh gluten-free pasta was also delicious. Great job GM Rich. Will definitely be back. Olive Garden is happy to have you Rich!"

"I love Italian food but my hubs isn't a fan, so I have lunch here occasionally when on errands. Service was great! Salad was wonderful as usual. Not as happy with the chicken parmigiana with spaghetti. Parm was overcooked and the sauce was acrid, almost bitter. I'll be back but I'll keep away from their marinara sauce."

"the food was delicious, but the service was missing. I hate to say it because our waitress was very nice, but we never got our appetizers, had to wait a while and then finally be in the position to ask for spoons for our suppe, and had to ask for drink fillings. a meal that could have been complete in 35 to 45ish minutes took much longer because we still had to wait."

"If you're looking for the Dennys of Italian food, Olive Garden is it. They always seem to please the Italian fix with a clean and pleasant environment. The endless breadsticks and salad are a crowd favorite. The pasta itself is ok. If anybody has ever actually been to Italy and had real pasta, then you know what I mean. However with that being said, it still pleases with a combination of ambience, service, and familiarity that we have all grown to enjoy. "olive garden, aka the land of broths, is a solid basic for Italian and American food. a good chain, consistent business to store, with predictable quality. so it's good to eat, but not great. if they are looking for inspired authentic Italian cuisine to rave, this is probably not. beside decent eating in general we really appreciate their broth sticks and large bowl salad, where everyone takes on the table (by big) what and how much they want. also remember to get fresh grated parm on everything they eat. if they are looking for guaranteed decent food, good service and a quiet atmosphere that they expect from standard family food in a large chain restaurant, olive garden is a good choice."

"Firstly, the woman checking us in couldn't find our reservation that we had called ahead for. Our group of 4 adults was seated in a small booth. We started with appetizers, but our drinks arrived first, followed by salad and soup. Surprisingly, our appetizers came out with our entrees well before we were ready for them. It was a Friday night, but there was no need to rush us through our meal. Appetizers should have been served first, followed by soup and salad, and then our entrees after we had finished with those. It would have been appreciated if the table was kept clear of dirty dishes and if our requests to have dishes cleared were promptly responded to. Despite these issues, the food was satisfactory."

"One of my favorite Italian restaurants ever! But to put the pretension aside, the overall service and the food quality work was! The server that has only been working there for 3 days was excellent to serve us and to be very understanding of our requests. Thus, our order was not made in any way and delivered for some neat and appealing or appetizing : Olive Garden is very quiet and dining room-like and is perfect for a family to catch or just go for a night! "server was nice, but after a few minutes she disappeared. we were left alone in the dining room for over 15 minutes after we had finished eating and were ready to grab our food. I had to get up and ask for the boxes to go. After we had packed our food, we waited for another 5 minutes to bring the bill that never came. we took our boxes forward and asked for the bill and some bags to our To Go boxes in, they gave us the, advised us that our server was on the break, and telephoned for a manager to come to the reception. after another 5 minutes of the manager who does not appear, I asked again about the manager and another call was made. the manager shows up, I told her what happened, she tells us that the server never break while there are people at her tables and that the server would face it. I didn't want the server to get into any kind of trouble. I thought if she was on a break, maybe she'd say she should go on that break. it wouldn't make any sense because she served us and she knew we were there. then the manager advised that no one would have told her to take her break and again said that she would face it. the whole was just strange (due to a better word) and unprofessional. extremely poor customer service. I spoke this concern to the manager, then she took our payment and we went. definitiw never back there while it is under the same line."
