"Holy Rolling Egg is a fantastic spot to enjoy dessert after a satisfying meal. The staff are incredibly friendly, and they prepare orders promptly. One of the coolest aspects is that you can actually watch them make the ice cream from start to finish, and they can customize it to your liking. I know they have a few locations in Los Angeles—one in Koreatown and another on Melrose Avenue. The Melrose location has a cozy, intimate atmosphere, but seating is quite limited. On a hot sunny day, it can get crowded, so be prepared to find parking nearby. I had to park on the street with a meter. I tried the dark chocolate roll, and I could have eaten four of them! As a chocolate lover, I was thrilled with my choice. It was refreshingly cool and made for a perfect light dessert after a delicious dinner."
