"This is by far the worst boba tea place.The drinks are so watered down and tasteless.The managers or owners need to do secret shopping and taste the product.The cream teas specifically are trash.I've been going to Teahouse locations for over a decade and this location makes me never want to return to any.I've gone several times to this location and it's consistently bad and they run out of Boba often.I'll drive much further to get boba I like."

"pearls were good! peach jasmine green tea 50% cane sugar was wayy too sweet, but had good peach flavor. lemon jasmine green teaspresso was really good, but 50% sweetened with cane sugar for that one wasn't sweet enough. i'd try the lemon again at a 80% and peach at 0% sweet next time!"

"I really liked the froyo, I got taro with mochi, coconut, and marshmallow fluff toppings. I also had a boba milk tea but it was as good as the yogurt. Maybe the other flavors are better for tea but still a good place for the kids <3"
