"The manager of the restaurant was extremely unprofessional. My father and I were dining when she came into the dining room and began to raise her voice at my father. She called him a liar and insisted that we pay for fries due to her own mistake in handling our order. At the time, there were other customers present, and our experience had already been spoiled by the mix-up with my father’s order. He inquired about the item he had paid for, and she became irritated because fries had been placed on his plate, which he had not returned. She resorted to using profanity and then attempted to play the victim. Despite it being her fault regarding the incorrect order, she made us pay for the fries. We returned the item she insisted upon, and reluctantly paid the bill. Clearly, she should not be working in the food industry, as she lacks basic customer service skills. Additionally, it seemed that all of the employees in the dining room were under the influence during our visit. I will never patronize this establishment again, and I do not recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a meal."
