"Talk about a meal and a show!! If you haven 't been here you have to try it at least once. This particular Samurai has been here for years. The food is delicious!! They make the rice with garlic butter and then they serve you these two side sauces...I always only get double portions of the shrimp sauce. I think it 's a shrimp-based sauce. I 'll have to ask next time I 'm there. From the moment you walk in to see the friendly face behind the counter, to the table server, runner, and chef it 's an experience you 'll never forget. You can take a date, family, friends, or even go solo. The table is set up in such a way that even if you go solo you won 't be dining alone. I usually order the lunch combo with chicken and shrimp. The meal comes with a side of soup or salad, mushrooms (yum), veggies, chicken or veggie fried rice or you can order good old white rice. The salad has this ginger dressing that is to die for. The soup is delicious as well except that when it 's for lunch you have to pick one or the other (soup or salad). Whichever one you choose trust me you won 't be disappointed. For dinner, you do get both the soup and salad so you get the best of both worlds. Plus it doesn 't matter if it 's lunch or dinner the portions are very hearty. It doesn 't seem like it at first but once you have all of the food on your plate you realize it 's plenty of it. The only downfall is the heat/vapor, and you 'll walk out smelling like you just prepared your meal but you 'll leave happy. As my grandma used to say, Full belly, happy heart."

"Disappointing Experience at Poke Sushi BowlI recently visited Poke Sushi Bowl with high hopes for a delicious salmon bowl experience. Unfortunately, my visit turned out to be less than satisfactory due to an unpleasant encounter with the staff.Upon arriving at the restaurant, I placed my order and specifically requested my salmon bowl to be seared and fully cooked. I don't eat raw fish so I usually order the crab but since learning they can cook and sear salmon decided to give it a try. Regrettably, the first worker who handled my order seemed to have misunderstood my request and left the salmon completely uncooked. When I politely reminded her of my request, she appeared perplexed and unsure of how to handle the situation. To rectify the mistake, her supervisor stepped in to handle my order. While I appreciated the effort, I was disheartened to notice that the first worker and another colleague were openly observing the interaction, and it was evident they were mocking and laughing at me. This kind of unprofessional behavior was unacceptable and made me feel uncomfortable and humiliated.I took a moment to address their immature conduct, expressing my disappointment in their behavior and pointing out that their laughter was both disrespectful and hurtful. Despite this, it seemed they didn't take my concerns seriously, and their lack of remorse left a sour taste in my mouth. As for the food itself, the quality of the salmon bowl was decent, but the overall experience was severely dampened by the unprofessionalism of the staff. The taste of the dish couldn't make up for the negative atmosphere and lack of respect shown during my visit.Given the unpleasant encounter with the staff, I regret to say that I will not be returning to Poke Sushi Bowl. A restaurant's atmosphere is just as important as the food it serves, and unfortunately, this visit fell short of the basic expectations of good customer service. In conclusion, while Poke Sushi Bowl may have some potential in terms of its menu offerings, I cannot recommend it to others due to the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior exhibited by some members of the staff. Hopefully, the management will take appropriate steps to address these issues, as it's crucial for any establishment to maintain a positive and welcoming environment for its patrons."
