"I would like everyone to know that this place has the absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced. First of all, we ordered for delivery, but they couldn?t do that due to an ? in house emergency?. So we had to pick up our food. Weordered 19 sandwiches, 1 salad, and fries to go with everything. It took a while for us to get the food which is understandabledue to the large order. But when we finally did get our food, we noticed we had an item missing and there happened to be hair insome of the food as well. We gave this place the benefit of the doubt and decided to call to see if we could get our missingsandwich but unfortunately the person that answered the phone did not seem to care and proceeded to tell us that this was nottheir problem. After spending MORE than $250 worth of food the least this place could do was make the missing sandwich that wewere willing to PICK UP. Along with the nasty attitude they also proceeded to hang up on us mid conversation. So if I were you Iwould not spend your money here as it is clear that they do not want the service and it is ?not their problem? to make food thatwas already paid for."
