"I usually have a good experience with the customer service at this tea shop and enjoy the cozy environment. However, my recent visit was a bit surprising. I ordered a drink and noticed that several other orders were called out before mine. When I reminded the staff about my drink, they quickly made it. While I wasn't upset about the delay, I was disappointed to hear the cashier making fun of a customer in the back with her coworkers. It's important for staff to be mindful of their actions and conversations, especially when customers are still present in the shop. I would recommend speaking more discreetly or waiting until customers have left before discussing them."

"ginger elizabeth treats are amazing, out of this world! but I had a weird experience buying a gift card. they had a problem with running their machine to create a gift card and ended up charging me twice. I let them know I was charged twice and they said, no we refunded you but I was still charged twice. so enjoy your treats, just be careful when getting a gift card, I was super disappointed they didn't refund me, I had been an avid shopper for years"
