"We stayed in a DVC one bedroom club level room on our most recent trip. We were lucky to get a savanna view room and depending on the time of day, we saw giraffes, cattle and some ostriches, who would lay eggs just outside the room. The club level staff went out of their way to make out stay enjoyable and memorable. Glenn the club level manager in particular helped to smooth out some check-in related issues. The entire four days of our stay, we received excellent service by all the club level staff. Huge shout out to Francisco who made sure I had a specialty cocktail each evening. Francisco was extremely kind and helped make our anniversary super memorable by surprising us with giant pina coloda for two, an anniversary table sign and showing me how to use the nespresso machine to make my morning latte. Highly recommend the club level if you are celebrating a special occasion and want to feel pampered."
