"Genesis Steakhouse is the place to go for wining and dining guests as well as family lunchs and dinners. The waitstaff was available without being intrusive, our tuna, sea bass and filets were delicious and plentiful We started off the beef taco and mediterranen appetizers which were tasty and filled with flavor. "Extensive gluten free menu. I didn't get sick AT ALL , which is a first at any restaurant. Our view in the window room was great but the air conditioning was cranked up sooo high we could literally see our breath at times. Thank God we were seated next to windows and my husband opened one to let some warm air in. Shivering during a meal is a bit distracting from the actual food but overall it was good and I would go back AND recommend Twisted Olive to anyone with wheat issues."
