"I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and had a disappointing experience. The first bite was good, but the second bite had a bone in it. I thought it might have been a fluke, but then I found another piece of bone in the next bite. When I mentioned this to one of the workers, they simply replied that it happens sometimes and asked if I wanted another one, as if I was the one at fault. I declined and mentioned that I had never had a buffalo chicken wrap with bones in it before. The worker apologized but did not offer a refund or any compensation. I will not be returning to this restaurant."
