"This was our fourth time at Tellers and while the service was excellent and the ambiance and of course the building were stunning, the food was just 50/50. Our Mocktails were full of flavor and beautiful to sip, while our Burrata appetizer was billed (and loved) with cherry compote and was served with a few thin slices of pears with no explanation, and barely there toast crisps. Our main course the Eggs Benedict was spot on, full of flavor and perfectly poached eggs, yet the Mushroom Omelet was served with days old arugula that wasn't vetted by either the chef or the expo and had to be pushed aside. The Brown Butter Sage Gnocchi was a treat and although not traditional small bites, was decadent and full of flavor. Thank you to our server who delivered everything with a smile. We will return and hope this was just a busy day. There were lots of tea parties happening in the lounge areas. My guess is those trays took some time and staff was pushed to the limit. I would hope they bring back the cherries!"
