"My family and I visited Alloro DOC on Christmas Day for an early dinner and were so disappointed in the service and food we received. Our reservation was at 3:30pm and we arrived at 3:10pm. We were left standing at the hostess stand for 10 minutes while the wait staff looked directly at us and ignored us. When we asked to be seated they said there were told there were no tables available. At that time the restaurant was virtually empty. I explained that we had reservations and they agreed to seat us. No apology for being rude. I took into consideration that it is the holidays and I am sure they were understaffed. However after sitting with nothing but water for 20 minutes. I finally got up and asked for a menu to review. That's when the waitress explained to me that there was no menu and we were to choose from two menu options. I wish we were told there was going to be a holiday pre-fix menu upon booking the reservation. Because there was no menu; there was no way for me to know the caesar salad I ordered included apricots. Who expects apricots in a caesar salad? The wait staff offered no acknowledgement for the slow service and the confusion. We were even told we couldn't have rolls with our meal. I could go on but you get the point. If you go there, leave immediately and go across the street to Culver's where at least you can get service with a smile, hot food and decent treatment."

"We arrived at 5 pm on a Tuesday before a 7 pm theater start. We weren't sure how busy they would be or how quickly we would get through dinner. But we had an enjoyable and nicely paced, 3 course dinner. Their fresh pastas were great. I had their cacio e pepe and garganelli, and their desserts panna cotta and almond tart were equally delicious. Their cocktails were also excellent. We will definitely go back and eat on their outdoor patio next time."

"First of foremost, the ambiance in the basement is amazing. The soft lights and decor make it feel fancy but at-home. The pasta (fettuccine) was as good as it gets for pasta. There was a rich flavor to the sauce that can only be found here and the noodles were perfectly cooked. The one piece of criticism that I can offer is the ordering process. Our waiter took forever to write down our order and it felt awkward waiting for them to do so. When I’m paying upwards of $20 per dish, I expect them to be quick about writing it down. Other than that, the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. I’m happy with the experience and I plan to return."

"I keep a running list of restaurant that I want to try on my phone and bar primi has been there for a long time. I am not sure why it took us so long to finally stop by considering I fit it quite often, especially when the bus to home ride. the Noho-Essenschaft by andrew carmellini, on the corner of the bowery and joey ramone place, receives its name from ‘primi piatti’, which translates to the Pasta course. in two days the restaurant has a rustic and local atmosphere. there is a full bar on the ground floor dining room with plenty of seating throughout the building. we sat on the second story, which was preferable due to the somewhat more generous distance definitiw."

"The shrimp in our shrimp scampi was delicious. However, the sauce was a little thin. Much thinner than what we are used to as it is our go to dish that we split during lunch. Also, the farm salad was mostly cabbage with very little cheese. We’ve had the salad multiple times and this time it just seem to be off our server. Cory was excellent and overall we enjoyed dining at North Italia."

"We went to FireProof for a weekend dinner. The drinks were good. The tapas tasted okay but none of them were hot or felt like they were cooked fresh or even hit. Everything gave me a microwave feeling so that was sad. The atmosphere and service was good so we tipped based on that. We recommend going for the experience but go elsewhere if you are rally hungry."

"It is delicious food in a beautiful outdoor area you should choose to dinate outdoors) remember elegant fine dishes that you would think in the period of 1940. The service was also on the spot. Recommend the Rigatoni. I tried the meals of my other guest and you can really not go wrong, but the Rigatoni with added Ricotta cheese and truffle oil it is extra) They absolutely take it to another level. It is of course extremely tasteful with delicate short ribs in the sauce. Fried Calamari as an appetizer was also very fresh. Up there!"

"It was my first time in this restaurant, it was my anniversary. I ordered an espresso Martini and my husband ordered a strawberry bassil. Mojito and they were delicious. Our food was delicious. The AC was broken and they had a portable AC, it was hot. We had reservations for a certain time, and we sat in the middle of the restaurant, I had to put in my reservation that it was a special occasion, and no one took care of seating or occasion. For this I had higher hopes for the first time in this restaurant, as our bill was close to $200."

"Elisabetta’s was a good but not fantastic experience. It is a huge place, so we should have expected the noise that comes with a crowd. We were seated outside on a cool night but it was pleasantly warm and not as noisy as inside, but we still found it hard to hear each other. The food was good, but not “knock your socks off great. I had the Bronzino and Brussels sprouts and really liked both. Others at the table weren’t as happy, but still ate it all! Still, it was an overall good experience and I’ve heard others say it is their favorite Italian restaurant in West Palm."

"The ambiance was pleasant and the noise level was tolerable, but the food was disappointing. The service, on the other hand, was excellent with friendly waitstaff and reception. However, the sweetness of the sauces in our Mexican dishes was unusual and unappetizing. Even the salsa for the fries resembled spaghetti. It's baffling how they could go wrong with something as simple as salsa. The worst part was the enchilada sauce, which was overly sweet and had a strange cinnamon flavor that didn't complement the dish. Despite being in California, the taste just didn't hit the mark. Apologies for the strong criticism."
