"First off, the employees seemed completely clueless. They had no idea what was in the dishes they were serving or what drinks were available. Overall, they were the most unhelpful staff we've ever encountered. When it started to rain, my aunt asked one of the waitresses, "Where can I get an umbrella?" and the response was, "I don’t know, I’m not from here!" Every question we asked was met with the same “I don’t know” answer. We should have taken that as a warning, but we went ahead and ordered anyway.
It took an eternity for our food to arrive, and when it finally did, three out of the six entrees were absolutely inedible. We literally couldn’t chew a single bite! The other three meals were mediocre at best, but thankfully, they were at least edible. I've never experienced anything like that before. We ended up sending the uneaten food back and decided to just order a pizza instead. The pizza looked like it had been made by a five-year-old, but at least it was somewhat edible. At that point, we thought, "No harm done."
Then came the bill. Can you believe they charged us for the inedible food we returned? We were shocked! A scene broke out as the waiter said he didn’t have the authority to adjust our bill, so we insisted he get the manager. When he returned, he told us the manager said we still had to pay because they couldn't reuse the food. Well, they never should have served such awful food in the first place!
We insisted that the manager come out to talk to us, but she refused! We explained that we wouldn't pay for the food we sent back. We settled our bill for the drinks and what we actually ate and left.
Please, understand that there’s a reason so many negative reviews exist. If there are any positive reviews, I’d bet they were posted by the owner. This was the worst experience of our lives!"
