"My server was friendly and efficient. The restrooms were stocked and clean. I enjoyed shopping in the corner SALE section. Found some great items at bargain basement prices. You can NEVER go wrong with Chicken and Dumplings. Tossed salad was fresh and crisp. Checkout was fast."

"We have had some wonderful experiences at this restaurant, especially during my last visit on Mother's Day. The wait time was short, the restaurant was clean, the food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. Our server, Tiffany, went above and beyond to make our experience special. We would dine here more often if we could afford it and our toddlers weren't so energetic. Thankfully, there are plenty of activities to keep them occupied and the prices are very reasonable. "It’s what I remember about eating in the south and it was easy to have to go so we could eat outside. What made it great for me this time was finding some gifts in the shop that I can bring back to my family that I think were perfect, reasonably sized and packed well for the trip. I had been looking high and low for the rights kinds of items and, fingers crossed, it makes a very long flight with me safely. The staff was all super friendly but the masking policy may only apply to the kitchen staff unless it’s personal preference."

"I visited the restaurant on Friday, November 12th at 1PM for lunch. It was busy, with people waiting to be seated and pay. The organization was lacking, but the atmosphere was lively. Our server, Nicole, was excellent. We tried a variety of dishes, including Old Fashioned Lemonade, Peach Tea, French Toast, Fish Fry, Grilled Chicken, Biscuit Beignets, and more. The Lemonade and Peach Tea were delicious, but the French Toast was disappointing. The Fish Fry was good, but the fish was a bit dry. The Mac and Cheese was a standout dish. The Biscuits and Gravy were too salty, and the gravy lacked flavor. The Maple Bacon Grilled Chicken was a hit, but the greens and cornbread were just okay. The Beignets were not as good as those in New Orleans. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and appreciated the large to-go cups for our drinks. I would return to try more menu items and the Peach Tea again. Nicole provided excellent service and made our experience enjoyable. "

"During our trip through Gallup, NM on Highway 40, we stopped at Cracker Barrel. It was easy to access, and there was ample parking available. The farmhouse store offered a delightful selection of treats, candies, and homemade goods. The food was classic American comfort fare, but what truly stood out was our waitress, Lisa. She was fantastic—kind and attentive. I had a hard time deciding on what to order since I wanted to try so many things, and she helped me figure out the perfect amount. Throughout our meal, she frequently checked on us and maintained a friendly and personalized touch. If I lived closer to Gallup, I would definitely return often just to sit in her section. "Went to dinner with my family and service was horrible. Our waiter did not clear the table whatsoever during the meal. We waited over 45 minutes just to get boxes to take our leftovers home took about 15-20 minutes to have someone even come to our table to take our order. There was plenty of staff working but service was slow and food was not hot. I love Cracker barrel, but avoid this location and take the drive to a location that takes their job seriously, you'll have a better experience."

"What can I say, this cracker barrel service is not good. They either take forever or forget to check on their tables. The waitress I got was awfully muchless the manager who manages the staff. I am not one to complain, but if you order your meal, expect it to be complete and not halfway through and through the time they bring other things Your food is cold makes it taste terrible. I asked about the cornbread biscuits and she brings 1 corn bread and 3 cookies I'm like cotton? She said it's one per customer I'm so upset at this point she said she would bring more and a century to never check them for drinks ever.. It was just terrible the mgr. She said she did it right to bring 1 item at a time. I am like hu, they pay them for kilometers on foot and bring fewer things for customers are u serious. She's just as bad as the waitress. I think the district manager should go there and eat without telling them and seeing for himself how it is managed. Then at the time to notice the attention register there were drops of soda spilled I was worried didn't want someone to slip. I told the counterman that he looks unclear when I told him he was bringing mop or napkins. And out! He drips a paper bag on the floor on the drop of soda to wipe soda off the floor. I'm like you're kidding me. Geez what in the world is it not rocket science get a damn napkin idk. It was just a bad experience that I feel that the entire staff, including the administration, needs serious manners and moves properly. Only cashier felt something and said so sorry that I got mgr. I'm not so disturbing that she's as vulnerable as the waitress. No ordinary Sence at all. Cracker Barrel, if you desperate for Hire Help yall do a terrible job. Only to fill the attitude to make the company look bad. They asked for a glass of pop to go and they gave me this miniature children's glass, which is a fucking joke on me. Ha ha! "Had a quick visit. After 7 hours rolled in the street. Came in and was greeted happily by the hostess and the cashier in the store. Destiny our waitress was friendly, helpful and very efficient. "Today my coworker and i stopped in for breakfast. We were in uniform and when it came time to pay we were told that the nice man that just left had paid for our breakfast. I wish i could have thanked that nice man for his kindness. So to repay my kindness i paid for the elderly couple that was eating next to us. I wish there was more kinds in the world.
