"Excellent Tex-Mex in Taylor. Queso Blanco was wonderfully creamy and flavorful. Table salsa was great, with the smooth texture I prefer. We split 2 plates so we could try more options on our first trip. The Cowboy Fajitas were excellent. The steak not so tough you can't bite through it, a big thing for us. The chicken was good and the spicy sausage a neat addition. Plenty of tortillas too without having to ask for more. The Enchilada plate was very good, both the beef and cheese varieties. The chili sauce on top was particularly noteworthy. The refried beans were creamy and flavorful, I didn't feel the need to add any salsa to liven them up. Excellent experience, we'll definitely be back when we're in Taylor again."
