"I had doubts about having a lot of what I used to be for dinner, but I am now a creditor! There are dozens of articles to choose on the menu and everything we have tried was very high quality and delicious. It was nice not to commit to a single Entree article for my meal. There were five of us, so we had to try a great variety. We enjoyed the Gnocchi and Paella. Try the Empanadas! There are five species, but the Cheeze Steak, original and lamb were particularly good. The braided short ribs were to die and the truffle frits were crispy and tasty. I almost forgot to mention the grilled octopus; it was tender and tasty and served on a bed Quinoa. The environment is warm and cozy when a bit loud, but we went on a Saturday night when it was very busy. Our server was very attentive and friendly and the manager (owner? checked several times for us. Overall, FINCA was a great experience and we plan to go back."
