"Upon arrival we were not greeted and we were not really sure what to do as it was our first time there. We've seen a sign that set ourselves so we left a table, so we sat down. It took a long time before they realized we were there. I understand they were very busy. We were even okay with the waiting time for order. Our waitress was very friendly, she wrote our orders down, but 1 of the burgers came completely wrong God, no one was allergic to mushrooms he ate half the burger before he noticed that it was wrong. My burger was undercooked. We knew they were busy, so we didn't say anything."
