This wasn't due to the food itself, which was fine, but rather because the owner displayed a significant lack of understanding about running a business. Our table was located next to a patio door, and with the temperature at 48 degrees outside, it became uncomfortable. Guests were allowed to open the door to go outside for pictures, yet no consideration was given to our discomfort from the cold breeze while we tried to enjoy a hot meal. To top it all off, the owner even left the door open for five minutes while chatting with a friend, casually remarking that some people actually enjoy the cool breeze."
