"I ordered a specific assortment of chocolates for my aunt, but See's Candies was out of stock. Instead of contacting me, DoorDash delivered an alternate box I did not order and I know my aunt will not want. Why does this happen?"

"I don?t recommend their shipping option unless you order 2 months in advance. My packages got lost in transit and when I called their customer service line, they told me to follow up with the carrier. After telling them that was their job, they transferred me to a store in Southern California who had nothing to do with shipping goods. The store was very apologetic but nothing they could do. My last resort was to message their FB page. Eventually my order was shipped again but I hadn?t received any notifications when that was done. They just turned up on my doorstep. I ordered 5 weeks before Christmas and the second package finally arrived the day before Christmas. I won?t be ordering online with this company ever again and have told my family and friends not to do it either."
"Although I wish we had the option to pick our chocolate, I understand that that would be very challenging for the workers. A little mystery is good for anyone anyways! It came beautifully wrapped and the package is full! They were even nice enough to give me a few samples in a separate bag! I love this location specifically because of how friendly they are.
