"Absolutely phenomenal in every respect. We visited before booking my child's birthday party and the pops are absolutely delicious, refreshing and perfect for a summer holiday. We booked Popsentric for my child's birthday and all were so attentive, responsive and even double check allergies for us. The staff is wonderful and we could not happier with the quality and service we have received, even below to name the popsicles to Star Wars characters to our party theme. We will always return!"

"Walked up with our two kids to get snow cones. Lady working was pretty nasty and said “there are no public restrooms” when we weren’t even looking for one. We were looking for… snow cones. At the snow cone place. Explained this and her response again was “ok but there are no public restrooms.” For some reason I still explained we didn’t need the restroom but wanted snowcones. Eventually this got through to her and she served us the snowcones. They were awful. 1 star snowcones and apparently 0 stars for public restrooms.Edit: in the response, the owner still doesn’t understand that we weren’t looking for nor asked for a restroom. They just kept blurting it out for some reason. Must be something they get asked a lot."
