"Great food, views, ambience and service. However, be forewarned that they are going to ask for your credit card before ordering your dinner. They claim that they have had non-payment issues in the past (around who is and isn't a Carte Hotel guest), however, there has to be a better way to handle this issue. Kinda insulting."
