"Samwon, despite his funny name, is a pretty tasty place to eat Korean BBQ. You have a decent selection of dishes, with many other Korean dishes next to the bbq. As the barbeque was, it was delicious although you obviously have to cook it right for maximum toughness. Luckily I had a friend who did most of the barbequeing, so I just had to eat a lot. The meat was tasteful and went well with the salad they offer you. The worst meat they had there was the ribs, as the meat was very difficult to get from the bone. Maybe it was because we didn't heat it long enough or so, but it wasn't the biggest. They also serve small appetizers, but they weren't so great and I've seen better change before. Some other people also ordered non-bbq dishes, of which I also ate some. I had some cold noodles (Buckwheat I think) that were okay, but definitely lack of taste and was not very full. There was also a rice dish that fills very much and is like a glorified version of fried rice. It was fine, although the grill meat is definitely preferred. I don't remember the names of these dishes, but they were probably about 3 stars. The price is probably $15-20 per person I think is pretty normal. As far as the environment is concerned, it is clean and has large metal fans above because it can get quite smokey. I give this place 4 stars, because while some of the dishes weren't the biggest, the important part is the barequed stuff, and that was pretty good."
