"It's one of the worst restaurants in this area. No one was in the store except me. My order had only two items. The guy took more than 10 minutes to make the food. The order was also placed 10 minutes ago. It seemed he hated being at work and didn't want to move his body. All garbage workers work here. Here too I had similar experiences. Instead of wasting time, go home lazya. The whole garbage in this store has to be smashed by dirty shoes."

"I can not believe I was charged for a side of tortilla chips when I ordered a chicken tortilla soup...go figure! I was also charged $2.50 for an egg when I requested no cheese due to being lactose intolerant; seems to me it should have been an even swap. Bread I had to request was hard, so disappointing."

"I can understand higher priced salads, but I can't understand giving me less salad. The tray used to be filled, now you only get enough to fill the bottom part of the tray. I feel ripped off. I get more filling portions at other restaurants that don't specialize in salads. I only gave three stars because at least the little that I received appeared fresh and well presented. For what I paid, this will be my last order."

"Will not order from there again. I used to…but I ordered thru grubhub today and it did came in a very timely manner (so nothing against Grubhub! however, my salad was pretty much a mess. My eggs and pepperonis weren’t the least bit chopped, (one egg chopped in half and a handful of sliced pepperonis cut in half I had no butter for my roll and my soup was ice cold. (I get the driver has to travel so it won’t be steaming hot, but this was ridiculously cold… never again."

"I ordered online and came to pickup my food, they gave it to someone else!!! THEY NEVER APOLOGIZED!!! I showed them my order on my phone. They calmed someone else ordered the exact same things as me...really? I was hungry so, I waited for my order to be remade The sandwich could have had more chicken salad so I wouldn't just be eating bread. The market salad was okay. Of the three people who addressed me, not one of them said they are sorry for the inconvenience...customer service goes a long way. It wasn't even during the height of the lunch rush. I bet the person who got my order was not to happy. Just like that two unsatisfied customers."

"My husband and I stopped in earlier tonight for salad and soup. Upon arriving we were greeted by two girls. One was incredibly friendly and nice, and made really nice salad! Her coworker however wasn?t very nice to my husband when he ordered soup and asked what sizes were available. She rudely pointed at the counter and told him the cup sizes were right there in front of him. He didn?t notice the cups because they were white, sitting on a white counter. The girl making my salad was polite and asked me if all the toppings were okay, and if she could do anything else for us. At checkout, the girl who was serving my husband the soup, was ringing us out. She was also not friendly with me at the register, and seemed to be impatient with me using their credit card machine. Not the best experience. At the end of it all, the soup was watery and not the best quality."

"Quality control is a major issue. It's clear the employees do NOT care about the product they're serving. This was the first and last time I will go. What kind of person sends out the chicken salad with one and a half tiny pieces of chicken finger and some limp lettuce as if that's acceptable for $15?? "The workers at this location are very unfriendly and always seemed to be upset about something. The customer service is very poor. They treat you based on how you look. I work in the area and would go to salad works for a nice salad. I visited this particular location several times and every time I would order a kids meal size salad. The serving bowl they use is always dirty with lint inside and out of container. I had to ask for my salad to be made over twice and would explain the bowl has dirt and dust in it. We'll my last visit the young lady at the register said it's because their apron has dirt and dust so its probably rubbing off on the container it's kept on the bottom shelf. I couldnt believe what I was hearing. I felt she told me this because I'm a black woman. The staff there never apologized just got annoyed that I complained about a dirt tray. smh I will not be returning."

"Honestly best saladworks I have been too I think unless you have worked in this mall you will never realize how rude and ignorant customers who come here are. Every mall has their niche though unfortunately this ones is ignorance. It is under new management now as well so things will obviously change but I have been eating here for about a 1.5 years and have had 0 issues other than someone messing up my salad order in which stuff happens and I moved on with life instead of letting it ruin my day. I get that not everyone is going to be understandable but to belittle someone inside of comments bc they forgot a fricken pickel or chicken wasn 't crispy enough is petty and I hope people realize how amazing this location is over everywhere else. The only issue I have is they don 't pay their employees enough to have to deal with the type of people who come into this mall"

"One of the rare Saladworks in the Richmond area. This one did a pretty good job for us. Really like the salads. Just be sure to keep their tendency to pour too much (in my opinion) dressing on to your salad. And I suppose I wish they'd toss the ingredients together in a big bowl before serving, rather than just combine with tongs. A bowl is what they used at other locations for us."
