"The last time we visited Paisan's, it was fantastic. We were fortunate to secure a table. However, on our most recent visit, we discovered that the restaurant has been sold and is now transitioning from Italian to Himalayan cuisine. The old Italian menu was still available, but with some items crossed off and a promise that they could still prepare those dishes. The restaurant was nearly empty, with only one other couple dining. It seemed like they were trying to use up any remaining Italian ingredients before fully switching to their new menu. It may be a great new spot in the future, but don't expect the same level of quality for Italian food."
