"Wow..no words. I only gave one star because I couldn’t give ZERO!! My elderly mother called this florist today to place an order to send to a family member. The “gentleman” taking the order first informed her that they “could not do much for $50“…and promptly suggested another $15 be added. (Not sure who this guys thinks he is..but this isn’t the big city). He stated he was a “designer” and couldn’t work with the amount she suggested..and also said there would be an additional delivery fee. … – show"

"I was nervous about ordering flowers to be delivered from out of town (Buffalo, NY), to be delivered to a family member. I was blown away at how customer focused they were on the phone. When the flowers arrived (and I got photos) they were exactly what I was looking for. Beautiful and great quality. I absolutely recommend them!"
