"There is a certain charm to this place that's hard to put your finger on. The entire dining experience is a lot like having dinner at a good friend's Grandparent's place, only your good friend had to cancel at the last minute. So you're just kind of there by yourself and you don't really know what to do. The food is simple and straightforward, but good. The prices are reasonable, if not downright cheap. There is no rhyme or reason to how people are seated, how orders are taken, what might show up on the menu or really any of your standard restaurant conventions, but I suppose you can chalk most of that up to the unusual charm of the place. Things are laid back here, but the place is also tidy and we'll kept. I suspect that Danielle was an excellent home cook who's taking a shot at turning her skills into a business and I, for one, am pulling for her to succeed."

"My family members and I arrived at this location after having been riding motorcycles all morning. 2 members in our group wanted to stretch their legs for a about 10 15 minutes before sitting down to lunch.We meet at this location 3 to 5 times a year when we our group gets a chance to ride together. On this day while I was waiting for the others to return, as in they had been walking less than 5 minutes, one of the employees that I will refer to as a jackass, gets in his black Ford F 150 and as he is backing out, he doesn't even ask our intentions but just tells me to get all 3 motorcycles out of his parking lot or he will have them towed away and that he will have a tow truck there in 10 minutes. I tried to explain but he just would not listen. He simply stated that we were no allowed in the parking lot and that we are not allowed to meet there. I hope this baffoon does not run this place but as long as he is there, we are taking our business elsewhere. It is sad because this has been our preferred stop for the last 5 years. "Buyer Beware This particular Subway seems to have an issue with the coupons they mail out. Apparently they have to approve whether or not you can use them, even though the sandwiches that are not available for purchase with coupon are printed on the actual coupon. I went in two weeks ago and ordered an Italian BMT and a Subway club. They told me these sandwiches could be used with a coupon. Yesterday, when I stopped by and ordered the exact same sandwiches, I was told that from now on I needed to state that I was using a coupon before I even begin to place my order because the Italian BMT is no longer on the list of acceptable coupon sandwiches. So what is the deal? How is a customer supposed to know what sandwiches are approved and what sandwiches aren't? There's nothing posted at the store that explains these rules or anything, and when you ask an employee, they just blame the owner and tell you to talk to them. To me, this all seems incredibly shady. Like they just make up their prices and charge you what they want."

I was denied by work because they don't hand out any courtesy. I was confused because I didn't go there to get free food and she said because I was tassen for ice water before I made it harder for other people to receive courtesy? she said to ask the manager and the manager was hesitant too. "I'll give the employee 5 stars at Subway! He quickly prepared our sandwiches during the phone order. Metro was the only option at 7:03 on a Sunday evening in Soda Springs. I would give management 2 stars as they are not properly occupied for Sunday night. There were 6 people in front of us and another 5 came there within minutes. Everyone was patient. I hope someone comes into a situation of an employee who delivers quality while under pressure reminds of being generous with cash tips. Thank you for a great meal!"

"So today I made a mobile order (my first mistake), simple 3 sandwich order and I tipped 15% on the app. Wife picked up the order and came back home, I took 1 bite into my pretty much plain sandwich and I tasted pickles! Open it up and I can see where they messed up the order and instead of starting new they just picked off half the veggies. I drive 15 mins back to subway and 1 of 3 people where helpful and fixed me a new sandwich. The guy that was working today doesn’t need to be anywhere near the front to deal with customers with his attitude. Also if you mess up why not just start over instead of covering it up. The team running this Subway does an outstanding job, better than what I've seen from some younger Americans. I apologize if that sounds harsh, but it's the truth! Would I recommend this Subway? Absolutely—just keep in mind that it’s in Smiths Grove, KY."
