"This restaurant is always busy, with long lines but quick service. The lady in the drive-thru was nice, polite, and professional. However, my coffee had too much creamer in it, making it undrinkable. Despite this, I was pleased with the customer service. Normally I go to the one in Rochester, but it was too busy today. I decided to stop at this location on my way to work since there were only a few cars in line, which was unusual. However, as soon as I got in line, 7 or 8 cars pulled in behind me. The lady at the window even asked how I was doing and said good morning, showing good customer relations. This kind of service is sometimes necessary and appreciated. Thank you to the lady who served me at the window."
