"!Delicioso! Admittedly I have little experience with Salvadoran food, but thankful my Latino colleagues served as cultural/gastro guides in this experience. I opted to do a shared popusa exploration. We ordered the Mix, Bean &Cheese, Loroco &Cheese, and Pork &Cheese. The temperature, texture were spot on. The filling is a thin layer of flavorful goodness. You won’t find chunks of meat or cheese in these, but the flavor is there. This is a food journey I highly recommend. Popusas are filling as well. I also had the Jamaica beverage as well. This sweet drink is a tastebud treat. My colleagues sampled the buffet with a wide variety of Salvadorian fare. They love"
