I would eat in the small towns that gave me the experience of identifying and appreciate real Mexican cuisine. el tipico is the right one, and that's hard to find. what I liked best about el tipico is the simpleness of fresh ingredients that are only prepared for them. they are clearly not mass production of food and heat it. also they are just on some ketchup salsa and call it mexican. I recommend to know. only advise, it is probably quite different from what they are used to. it is an improvement and you will love it."
