"Had a mobile job and picked him up. You forgot a couple of blows and my diet coke. They contacted them through the app and instead of a quick refund they handed over the problem to this store, whose manager never reached me or refunded me. I came to them regularly, but nothing except the local franchise will handle it, so I just went back to the store and explained in person who was also behind the counter and took my $3 diet cook. (More than trying to ask for a refund at this point.) Errors happen, I don't owe employees, but the manager and the people higher the ladder, don't really care about customer service. I'm not back."
