"The Pollo en Mole tastes like Chicken Teriyaki. The sauce was broken and odd looking. The chef doesn’t know how to properly make this dish. Not a good place, I tried it because I saw a review saying it’s “the best most authentic mexican food in Salem”. This is not it. Overpriced trash is what they’re serving."

"Its hit n miss here... sometimes the food is good, sometimes the service is good but never both on the same visit LOL so take your chances! The pot pie is absolutely disgusting and we all sent it back after a few bites. The Irish Nachos were good but really, how can you screw up nachos? I'll eat here again as a last resort."

"We came to watch the TCU/Georgia game. The bar tender was rude, dismissive and slightly aggressive. Must have had too much to drink. The waitress Seemed drunk too and also ignored us. He seemed bothered that we wanted to order literally anything even the drinks. I had to grab a menu myself because one was never given. Then it still took over 30 minutes to be acknowledged and my order to be taken. I also noticed he was only this rude to us. I try to be as understanding as I can when it comes to places that are short staffed but this experience was a total fail on so many levels. Someone tell him if customers with money are a problem he is in the wrong profession and needs a crash dummy course on customer service. I do not recommend this place."

"It's a treasure right from Central America in the 1950s. Buy your bait... Shoot some pool... listen to a great music... look over the lake... a cold beer... but don't miss the food. Food and service are both excellent... and the experience will always be fun. Stopped with some mates after a cowboy action shoot on the Escondido Rod and Gun Club... wanted a really cold beer and lunch. Hour and a half later... filled... We rolled out the door from ear to ear. Mike had Ribs... said they were big... Bill had Chicken Teriyaki Sandwich... said it was great... Ralph had BBQ Pork Sandwich .. said it was great... I put on a show that eats five big cat fillets with all circumcisions."
