"So I ordered food for pick up, manager answered and the phone was very staticy , but got to place my order which was a Cobb salad , chicken Cesar salad and a bacon cheeseburger deluxe with Swiss cheese and he repeats it back to me and I go the cheese burger with Swiss he goes yea yea cheese pick up the order and every order was wrong burger had no Swiss cheese, Cobb salad which is a no dressing salad had loads of dressing, chicken Cesar salad had tomatoes (I hate tomatoes in my salad) let alone it had no parm cheese and no croutons, I’m so disappointed with them since I always go there in person to order and everything is fine but the owner could use some phone etiquette lessons and learn to listen if not just keep it to a walk in a order only as they don’t even have a note section on there mobile delivery section where you could have your stuff made to order, I can’t go in person since I broke my toe but when I’m well enough I will be talking to the owner… not cool"
