"at 4 p.m. I placed an order on Godfathers website requesting it to be delivered at 5:30. at 5:45, still no pizza so I called and asked about my order. I was told that they were still waiting for Door Dash to pick it up. I clarified that I didn't orderthrough Door Dash. the guy said because they are short staffed they are using Door Dash for deliveries. I told him that shouldbe listed on the website when ordering because had I known that I would have just done carry out. At that point I was hung upon. Called back and asked for a manager. was told the manager is off and she is only training to be a manager so she doesn'tknow how to issue any credits. I drove and picked up my pizzas and was greeted by more rude rumblings from the back room aboutbeing short staffed. I get you are short staffed. I get if you want yo use Door Dash, but let your customers know. this allcould have been avoided. And hanging up on me only added fuel to the fire. So now I've paid a delivery fee and tip for pizzathat I still picked up myself 30 minutes later than requested. absolutely ridiculous. will never order from here again."

"I think an hour or so before I came there had called 80 people and was closed by their other reservation, so they called godfathers and the personal said coming. I'll tell you, the staff smiled and the food was delishes. always a full booze and smile on my face when I'm done. I give 10 tonight"
