"We have been frequently coming here and customer service is horrible. When we are trying to build on our own, the staff building burrito is laughing with other staffs and making nasty comments saying burrito is big, world’s biggest burrito and stuff like that. We are choosing what we are allowed to choose and we are paying for it. It’s their duty to make it in proportion. We are being treated rude for them not able to do their job properly. Seriously at this point, I don’t even want to come back to this place. Wouldn’t recommend this rude and not customer friendly place to anyone.too bad, I love their food. Food is fresh and I am able to choose very healthy options."

"This is your typical salad/bowl shop. They promote their phone app by giving $10 discount on your first order. We customized salads and bowls with grilled tofu. Caesar salad dressing was the best among 3 we tried. Make sure you get your dressings when you pick up your orders so you don't have to drive back like I did. Until I salted my rainbow bowl there was not much taste other than the tangy dressing. Salt is needed to complete the flavors. If your goal is to eat healthy, this is a great start."

"This place is decent when you get your order right, which does not seem to be often late. In order to add injury insults, they are not responsible for complaints sent to the email address provided on the website. After she notified the first occurrence and heard nothing back, this happened to me again twice!!! And these are not small mistakes because my salads lacked many of the standard ingredients that come with them per menu. There was also bacon hidden in my vegetarian salad with tofu, and my request for double clothing was ignored. Once you increase the size of your salad and start adding proteins, the prices here begin to align with Mary?s gourmet salads in La Jolla, to which there is NO COMPARISON in terms of quality and taste. I love salads and do not think there are enough restaurants that serve healthy, delicious, so I hope this place gets its stuff together and fixes everything that causes all these mistakes. I work too hard for my money to pay $15 for a salad and not even get what I ordered and expected."

"It was great to see that this place uses coconut sugar and the menu offers very nice variety of pb sandwiches, but...but I d like to emerge a hygienic habits of the staff. The girl was a very nice person, but she didn 't change her gloves walking from cash desk to the corner where she was going to make my sandwich, with the same gloves she took a piece of bread and started to make it without any hesitation. Then other customer comes in the middle of this process. She comes to them and press the button on display, touches the screen with the same gloves. Then she turns back to make another sandwich meanwhile mine is toasting, then something falls on the floor and she picks it up with the same gloves. Then she hands me my sandwich...I didn 't eat the outside bread and just ate the banana jam with peanut butter and chocolate chips 'Elvis ' filling). It was not bad but I 've totally refused to eat the bread because of the past events. That 's not okay and I think should be addressed. So please, tell the staff there and pressure them to change their habits because their gloves are not for them or the fashion but for our food. I d gladly come back if this was changed. But till then I am not feeling safe to eat there..."
