"Overpriced. Compared two other Italian catering places in the area that are cheaper than hero haven and that have better food. They gave us chicken tenders instead of boneless chicken wings and they said that’s their chicken wings when we called to complain. They charged me for full trays when I ordered half trays. We used to go here all the time and the food was good and the owner was nice. I never see him anymore and there’s nobody ever in there anymore. Looks like the place lost a lot of business. Sooo understaffed. It’s no wonder they have gone so downhill Never going back."

"We found this restaurant after we got a flat tire by Sherwin williams. The owner came to out to help us. Afterwards we decided to go dine at this restaurant and we were amazed at how delicious the food was. The service was wonderful and pretty fast. We will definitely come back to dine in. No flat tire required either. Lol. Thank you for your hospitality and for the yummy food the restaurant offers. You have customers for life here whenever we go to Williamsburg. :"

"So I wad in NYC visiting family and my cousin suggested this place. When i went it was closed. I return for another visit 3 weeks later I decided to go see what the buzz was all about. Man oh man im glad i did! This is great NY Pizza... I really earned to take whole pie back to Atl with me but I did get a chance to...full stars..."
