"My husband, granddaughter and I ate at cicis today and it was awesome. I love the setup. But there was one employee named Heiley Ray that was above and beyond amazing. She was very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. At one point i was having trouble reaching a desert on the bar and Heiley even though having her hands full, stopped what she was doing, put her things down and very kindly said 'let me help you ' and proceeded to cut a piece for us and place it on our plate. I have had a complete hip replacement on both hips. She didnt know that but while i was clearing our table and taking to put our dirty dishes away, she noticed i have a hard time walking and came to take the plates from me saying 'here let me take those for you and put them away ' then she came back by to tell me that if i needed anything at all to please not hesitate to ask and that she would help me in anyway she could. It was very refreshing to meet such a kind, helpful and curtious employee while out eating. Thanks to her we had a VERY enjoyable visit and will most definitely be returning to eat there again."
