"I hate writing negative reviews but unfortunately my most recent experience here calls for one. I’ve gone to Barber and Brew a few times now—I make a trip up from the city every couple months to get a haircut and it’s been great until the one I just received. I asked for my usual, a blunt, unlayered bob that’s longer in the front and shorter in the back. What I got was a bob that was longer in the back, layered, and shorter on the left side of my head. I would’ve asked for it to be fixed had I noticed right away, but I only saw these issues once I got home to Brooklyn and got a closer look. Most salons have a one week period where you can return for a touch-up so I decided to try to get in contact with B&B, except they had no phone number to be found anywhere. I attempted to reach them on the platforms they DO have, Instagram and email, but did not receive any response. Poor customer service and communication, and a shame for the hairdresser who can’t be reached by their client. Now I have to spend more money to get my hair fixed elsewhere."
