"It is always a good time at Le Bistro. Although, the wines I want, they're usually of of, there is always a comparable suggestion. The food is superb and the service is top notch. I only urge Le Bistro to be a bit more imaginative with the vegetarian/gluten-free options."

"Expectation was a restaurant-like atmosphere (vs kitchen) and a more intimate environment like most French restaurants. The menu was limited and the wine choices were below average. One of the red wines we ordered had been open for appx. a week per the waiter and it was awful. And the foods flavors were so-so. We loved that the chef came out and was so engaging. He's truly passionate about teaching his students. For Le Bistro to compete with all of the French restaurants in Houston, they really need to amp up the game in each area."
