"For the first time came to spend a year with the family. I was so happy with everything. Can't go wrong with shrimp, but everything was just divine. "*sorry for the long contribution* my recent experience in the red lobster in white oak village was somewhat disappointing (maybe under new management), especially as I celebrated my birthday. so my party and I (a party of 2) waited about 20 minutes before they sit and that was good. restaurant was not super busy, but it took at least 10 minutes before the first interaction with our server and a trainee. after our order we waited for over 30 minutes before we got our food, that was lukewarm (food probably sat under a heat lamp for a bit). at this point I was already frustrated, so I didn't make a scene because I didn't want to wait for 30 minutes to replace our meals. I understand that there are many restaurants that work short workers, so I try to give gnady for it, but its frustrating wait for so a long time and their eating is not hot and fresh. I have visited this red lobster several times in the past and the service I have come back was top notch to say so unnecessarily that this was a very disappointing visit for me. I will probably visit again in the hope to update my experience."

"It wasn't in a while. Early on Saturday the place was mostly empty, but there was a 20-minute waiting time. It turns out that it has problems getting help like everyone else. Service was very good. The food was good. Wife had crabbon and I had your own three. Fish, popcorn shrimps and watt shrimps. We both had a drink. Wine and Sangria. We stayed happy and full."

"UPDATE(2022): Give credit where credit it is due! Red Lobster is pretty post Covid. My wife and I continue to go there 2 3x a year, and the last experiences (including Valentine's Day) were so much better! My wife never fluctuates from the fried shrimps of the whale; I discovered Salmon New Orleans (boiled three times for perfection). All this I have changed my previous review from 1 to 4 's! What happened to Red Lobster? What a disappointing culinary experience! Where should I start? At the five o'clock dinner hour the restaurant was completely made of lobster and butterfly shrimp. The bowl of shells was delivered, but seemed to be filled less than half (I asked a more generous portion and it came back with so much more). The soup was thin and scanned certainly not rich or creamy. My wife remembers the Caesar salad with shredded cheese on previous occasions, but not tonight. And the tarter sauce, what happened to the tarter sauce? Previously it was brownish with a lot of relish; tonight 's tarter sauce was almost entirely Mayonnaise with a trace of Relish all so often (on tight inspection). The special charged side sequence of harvest vegetables was boiled and meager (all 5 brussel sprouts and and about one third of a cup of diced sweet potatoes for an extra $2.50 we returned). I thought nothing was a call to the service. Finally, after payment in cash, I received my change that included forty cents delivered in nickel, all eight of them."

"The service at this restaurant was fantastic and the food was delicious. We started with three appetizers - Lobster Pizza, Mozzarella Sticks, and Jumbo Coco Shrimps - all of which were excellent. We particularly enjoyed the piña colada sauce that came with the shrimp. For our main course, we shared the Cajun Alfredo Chicken, which was also delicious. Overall, a great dining experience."

"I went to eat with my family at this restaurant , the waitress 's attention was terrible, she took a long time to bring us sodas, food and a soft drink filling and besides, she brought the wrong food. The really gross thing was that my plate had human hair on it. the place was full of dust, cobwebs, and flies. it smelled pretty bad. They took me 12 off for almost eating a chef 's hair. Very friendly supervisor. It has been the worst dining experience in my life, I will never go to this place again, thanks for ruining my anniversary."

"It was full, with a waiting period of 10 to 15 minutes or we could eat in the bar on a bistro table for two. We decided to try the bar. It was surprisingly quieter than expected and the service was great. I ordered the Coconut Shrine (my favorites), with potatoes and a Caesar salad with extra dressing on the page. My husband ordered the Admirals Fest with Caesars Salad and Broccoli. We also got the Cheddar cookies, and as usual they were wonderful. My husband had a glass of white wine and I had a soft drink. Both meals were great. My shrimps came with a delicious Mai Tai sauce for the shrimps. My husband enjoyed the fish, scallops, shrimps, etc. with tar and cocktail sauce. It was really very comfortable in the bar without other diners. We both have quite small appetites since we are seniors, so we had a lot of food packed up to go. They even threw extra cookies and extra sauces for seafood. Our waitress was very attentive and nice and we tilted accordingly."

"Grandpa decided to take the family out for dinner. It was cleaner than last time (less than a year ago). This time the side salad was fresh (no brown lettuce like last time. The fish and chips (friday special) only had one pice of fish and fries were soggy. The coconut shrimp was good. Other than the fries everything that was fried was cooked well and not overly greasy. Which leads me to believe the oil was changed recently vs last time. Their ranch was just ok. (I love a good ranch but this ranch seemed lacking something. The steak was cook at right temperature. A cola was brought instead of root beer, the server realized the mistake mid meal. Please note, due to having 2 people with hearing and mobility issues we tried to make reservations, but they dont take reservations for a party of 4. Which is odd because i could make reservations online (but not for a quiet area) but they refused when i called over the phone."

"Our server was amazing here. Through short staff everywhere she had to work as half the restaurant looked. She was impeccable. Now for the nonsense. $40 for an Ultimate Feast now??? You calculate your customers literally. Maybe it wasn't a personnel problem, and it was just that no one needs so much for servers anymore. Bright choice 2 is $22 for what? a plate of scampi and some fried shrimps. You must be out of your head. As much as I love Red Lobster, I'm done until they adjust the prices. A casual dinner for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 should not cost $80. I had a fish sandwich, my wife had a choice 2, my daughter had a baked potato and side salad (they are literally sides), and my son had an Admiral's feast. With 2 mixed drinks $104. Still 20% tip given because our server was great, but become real!"

"The three kinds of lobsters we ordered were all very good. The restaurant prepared the lobster tails well for a simple meal. Steak was good too. It was soft and not chewing. The taste of steak was also amazing, not too salty, not too easy. The lobster pasta was delicious. It tastes rich with lots of cream, you cannot stop eating it yourself."

"My experience at Red Lobster was a nice one. The Creamy Alfredo Shrimp was very delicious. However the portion (in comparison with the past) was not worth the amount charged. The bread was late arriving (after receiving entree) but it was delicious. Double check the silverware before use. All in all, a very pleasant relaxed meal."

"Eat here for the first time. The place is usually packed when I pass. Chelsea was excellent as a server. She was friendly and personal. My wife and I both ordered their “3 from the sea” special. You will get a selection of soup or salad, appetizer and a duck. I thought the Entrees were small portions, but I was amazed at how big the dishes were when they came to our table. None of us could finish and keep them in check to go home. Overall, it was a very good offer and a pleasant culinary experience."

"Went tonight for last minute food for my brothers birthday and I honestly couldn’t of been more happy with our service. I believe our waiters name was Luis.He was amazing! At first thought it was fried onion rings, but it’s calamari. The lobster topped stuff flounder was good. "We went to Altamonte Springs, Florida Red Lobster Restaurant. The place was nicely cozy. Warm welcome to the host when we arrived 2 hours before closing. Our server (I wish I had its name) was excellent. The gentleman was nice, friendly, friendly, well maintained, followed by us and our food preparation and tasting. He always offered us something different if necessary. The fantastic work of the unknown servers and the business. The restaurant was very nice and clean as well as the restroom. "This Red Lobster was AMAZING! I called earlier the same day on a Saturday and the Manager at that location was able to accommodate 40 of us for a Bereavement! Her and her staff were outstanding! They were professional, friendly, pleasant, I cannot express how grateful I am for them accommodating us and going above and beyond with a large last minute reservation! I wish I had the right words to describe my experience at this Red Lobster! I hope corporate sees what I saw in all this employees and the great manager they have on board. Thank you so much!!
