"We were a group of 15 from different parts of the world. That was August 2022. Four of our group could not eat their food because it was unpalatable. We told the server when we realized that. The server was not ready to make any changes. When the bill was paid, the server thought that it would not get a tip for her service. Payment was made via a handheld electronic payment device. The plan was to give her money, like her tip. Can you imagine what happened next? As in a horror story, this server was very rude, angry, loud and so many inappropriate things. It also seemed as if she would become hostile. Some of the group members still eating stopped eating and leaving food. Some of the younger group members were almost at the edge of tears. That should never have happened. The tip is given for customer satisfaction and excellent service, also it was not unfortunately. The place was so small and not tidy, we could hardly sit right for dinner. The price remained the same as in other Thai cuisine. We chose this place as this was within walking distance from where we stayed. How could a shop server hold like this without teaching the basic labels? That was very unprofessional. I hope this never happens to another group or person. Please be prepared to record their behaviour and post on social media whenever this happens again and again."
