Based on a recommendation from a friend, two of my friends and I decided to dine here. However, we were met with slow service as it took the server forty minutes to take our order, and then it took an hour for our food to be brought to the table. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect and my friend's rice for her chirashi was cold. The quality of the fish was decent, but the overall experience was tarnished by the delays and mistakes in our order. As individuals who work in the food industry, we understand that mistakes happen, but the level of service we received was unacceptable. The management of the staff needs improvement, as the absence of the head chef should not impact the overall dining experience. It is important for a restaurant to maintain their standards consistently, unless this level of service is their norm. If that is the case, then I have nothing further to add."
