"The food was very good but the wait time was ridiculous! When we arrived they told my husband and I that our family of 5 would be waiting 30 minutes. 30 minutes turned into over an hour. The waiting area was extremely over crowded and the bar area was empty so they could have invited waiting guest to have a seat at the bar while waiting for table seating. It took them the last 15 minutes of our wait to finally offer seats at the bar. They need better customer service to match the food."

"Good day, my family and I made a reservation for 7:30pm on Thursday March for a party of 25. As we arrived we were told that we had to wait until a Hibachi was available. I really didn't understand that being that I had a reservations. We didn't get seated until 8:30. We waited patiently. The staff wasn't very friendly at all. Just was rude. Than to top it off we were eating and the next thing we see Isa rat and a mouse run around our feet. So disturbing. The staff just act like it was no big … – show"
