"Overall was very excited to try it out. Unfortunately, the customer service wasn't that good. Any questions we asked were met with confusing responses and I believe they forgot items until we reminded them. For example, had asked for soda and tea. My friends soda came but the tea didn't. When asking about it, was informed there was no more hot tea, yet people behind us were drinking it. Then, in the middle of dinner tea came out. One appetizer came out and as we almost finished our sushi we realized our second appetizer never made it to the table. Upon asking about it, we were told in a very aggressive tone, it comes after, we get sushi first. It made its way out shortly after. My friend had asked how many pieces come in his large platter, was told incorrect number, then we never got his miso soup. We asked about it and were told it comes out before the sushi and had to explain more than once that we just never got it. Asked for it to go and the bill, they brought it in a dine in bowl. During this whole time they would pick up items we weren't finished with and set it back down upon realization. It was just very confusing and not the experience we were hoping for."
