"A gem with lots of potential. Beautiful mountain setting like being in a treehouse. However, the concrete walkways and decks need repairs and are hazardous with holes and limbs all over them. The entire outside needs TLC. The pool and spa are great. The rooms are clean however noisy. Ask for a high floor so there?s no overhead noise as others have mentioned. The restaurant is open certain days for dinner. We didn?t eat there but be aware there are no other restaurants without going 25 min on the curvy mtn rd. Breakfast was disappointing with muffins and bagels only. It?s frustrating that people want to travel and spend money but so many hotels are still in Covid mode with breakfast and room cleaning services. I?m glad I stayed here but will try another lodging next time. Crestwood, you need to go over and beyond to get repeat business. You have so much potential to be outstanding but instead I felt sorry for you and what you probably experienced as a business the last few years. Hope for better days ahead for you."
