"this Nelly’s is not connected to the main st in the city poughkeepsie or the newburgh on plank rd. it is the same owner as the new paltz location. there are in the rule two sides, one in kitchen and one portion. the steam table is clean and shielded with glass. the service is not the kindest. eating is childish and sometimes too salty. the rice needs more spicy, and the whole protein needs less salt. the pastels were extremely bland. she made me fresh maduros (sweet plantains). the cooler that keeps the drinks is at the highest temperature so that all drinks were frozen. I stopped somewhere else. a small dose is $10. they get their choice of bland rice with a meat (oxen tails, goats, huh, steak or pernil). banans are extra. reis has no olives, kartoffels or salsicha. it is either white rice or yellow rice with sugar beet. also no yuca. they also participate in grub stroke. do not definitiw the aromen of a puerto rican cuchifrito."
