"My husband purchased several cheesecake as an anniversary gift. The crust and outer sides were great we have tried 4 so far and the center is like pudding. So I am not sure if you are supposed to bake them more or they are supposed to be this way. I am sorry that he spent so much money and I am not impressed at all."
