"The best is their vegetarian rice noodle bao zi. Their straight up pork bun (I think they called it xiao long bao was not good.. meat looked and tasted dry. (But I am very spoiled w family that makes pork/shrimp buns w great quality ingredients. The pork and sour veg bun tasted a bit better only bc a bit more flavor from the veg. The pig feet and pig ear was better than Alan's (or whatever was next to the market across Bellaire St... that place is super salty , good soy sauce coloring but it seems to lack a star anise or clove.. a little more kick in the spices (I'm also not from Northern China, which I read is this place??.. so we marinate differently. Soy milk was nice and hot and real w sludge left over. The veggie and pork/veggie bai zi are huge. I'm not dying to return, but would just get their veggie bao zi."
