"As soon as I could, I visited their new location. My first choice was the Royal W/Cheese (a pork sausage patty, grilled wobble, chic sauce, American cheese, shredded lettuce, and pickles). I absolutely loved it! The two patties created a fantastic combination of flavors and provided a hearty portion for a meat lover like me. I also tried the Longanisa Burger (with homemade garlic sausage, pineapple, Atchara cubes, provolone cheese, and garlic aioli), which was divine. The longanisa was outstanding, with rich, almost chorizo-like flavors, making it a truly unique offering in the UCF area. The sweet acidity of the pineapple added an excellent contrast, and this burger is sure to become a favorite.
I ordered a couple of side dishes: the Lumpia Jumprolls (either pork or veggie spring rolls served with sweet chili sauce) and Pancit noodles (rice noodles with Chinese sausage, cauliflower, carrots, and garlic). Please, please don’t refer to them as “lumps.” If you do, kindly stop. Regardless, these classic side dishes are fantastic. The lumpia were crispy, warm, and just right. The pancit was classic and reminiscent of other iterations I've had in the past, very similar in taste.
However, I was disappointed to find they didn't have ube horchata (made with ube, coconut milk, and cinnamon) at this new location. It’s my favorite drink in all of Orlando—the creamy ube combined with the cinnamon kick from the classic horchata is simply amazing.
Overall, this place is wonderful. If you live in the UCF/Oviedo area, you should definitely make it a regular stop. If you’re not from around here, it's worth a visit."
