"First time visiting but not first time being a Subway customer. I do want to say however that over the many years I've watched employees make my sandwiches, never have I seen anyone like Patel. He was diligent and precise like it was an art, and I'm not a simple person when it comes to my sandwiches. For example I got the foot long chicken bacon ranch on artisan bread, added marinara sauce which he put the right amount on but still asked if it was enough, then I got pepper jack cheese, and wanted it lightly toasted. When it came to the toppings I got spinach, bell pepper, handful of black olives, and jalapenos. Patel laid it all out beautifully but without wasting time doing so, and then topped with chipotle southwestern sauce, which he didn't just glob all over nor did he just add a little dab. I enjoyed that sandwich more than any other I have had before because there was LOVE in making it and I could taste it. Good job Patel and also the facility was clean and well organized and spaced for the COVID-19 recommendations. 5 stars all around, but it would have been a solid 9 easily!"
