"We had the best time at Matador room, and a large thank you needs to go to the Edition Hotel staff! Before dinner, we went to the bar outside the restaurant for a drink. Great cocktails, and then we’re pleasantly surprised to be treated to our drinks as a welcome to Miami. Up the stairs and at the restaurant, we got one of the best tables in the place, a two seater with a view of the restaurant. Here to celebrate a birthday, our waiter Matthew absolutely made our evening. Helpful from the menu selections to spacing out the courses, he was a rockstar. Now the FOOD! We got Sweet pea guacamole weirdly great with a mix of all the flavors you want with a unique twist Wild Gulf Shrimp simple, yet delicious Glazed Short Rib Tacos (2) massive and worth every penny! Large quantity of meat, amazing flavor, and love the crunchy onions on top Sautéed Corn topped with cheese it delicious, just get it Warm Valrhona Chocolate cake this is a beautiful chocolate lava that is decadent in all the right ways Long story short, we had the best night and the best food. We cannot wait to come back!"
